Creating, updating, and maintaining site pages using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and XML/XSL. Coordinate with producers and designers for major site changes for multiple Amazing Jakes throughout the US. Maintain internal tools for managing site structure & news data, using several methods. Work with third-party providers to ingest and integrate external data and generate content feeds for use on partner web sites. Designed and tested systems processing & upgrades, media services, and marketing material. Built a CMS from Salesforce and customized it to the needs to be fully integrated with the new business models obtained, gather data on customers through specials and catering, and autogenerate emails to offer customized discounts based on their activities. Provide technical support for usability issues and critical site problems, as needed.
